Fantastic ping pong table in the shade!
Large 60” Samsung smart flat-screen TV, Keurig Coffee Maker and Donut Shop coffee Pods. Super-efficient and quiet Mitsubishi mini-split heating and AC unit. Queen bed, full bath, full kitchen, high top table for two, sofa, coffee table and desk.
Queen Bed is donned with 400 thread count cotton sheets and down comforter.
WE USE TRADER JOES UNSCENTED JUNK FREE LAUNDRY SOAP. No fabric softeners
All windows have screens, Closet has full-length mirrors and Spa Robes. Samsung Flat Screen TV has Netflix, Amazon Video, and MAX. Complimentary beach chairs (backpack style with mini cooler and dry pouch), beach umbrella, and Boogie Boards!
Mint in the garden, figs from the Fig tree (seasonal) and bananas most year-round! There is a parking spot (on the right hand side) in the driveway reserved for you.
Please let us know ahead of time if you will need the sofa made up as a twin bed.
This is a poolside studio guesthouse behind the main house.
There are security cameras and a ring doorbell for the main house, but the neighborhood is friendly and safe.
Also my mom is staying with me right now in my poolside office next to the guesthouse - but she doesn’t use the pool
