This owner-architect designed loft is unique and part of a property that was featured in the LA Times home section.
The space
Includes full kitchen, queen size bed, full private roof deck with limited ocean views and BBQ, spacious bathroom, fast wireless internet, Roku TV with Netflix & Hulu. The ceilings are over 16 feet high with clerestory windows on all sides of the space. The bed is in a loft area above the main living area and is accessible via a ladder. The contemporary sofa also folds out into a bed and is very comfortable (unlike many fold-out beds).
The studio is walking distance to many restaurants and shops including those on the trendy Abbot Kinney street.
There is a Samsung TV in the studio with Roku, which gives you access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, etc. There is no Cable TV .
One enclosed free on-site parking space is available upon request. Please request the parking at the time of the booking.
Free washer/dryer on-site.
Guest access
The roof deck is private and only for studio guests. The laundry is in the garage and available any time for the guests' use.
Other things to note
Please note that the parking can fit a Sedan or mid-size car but cannot fit a large SUV.
The parking dimensions are: 16ft (4.8m) in length, 107 inches (2.7m) wide and 73 inches (1.8m) in height. If your car does not fit in the garage, there is free street parking around the building but it is limited.
Please note that the garage and hallway leading to the loft are shared with the owner.
