Gorgeous turn-of-the-century hotel. Each room has private kitchenette, bathroom and queen bed. WE ARE A TV FREE HOTEL. The photos show a variety of our units. We do not guarantee which unit you reserve. We are very close to downtown LA. There is a large homeless population and streets can be dirty. Off street parking is $10/night in an alley behind the building. Bright rooms and thin walls. QUIET GUESTS ONLY. Pre-approved pets welcome with additional $50 cleaning fee
The space
This is perfect for people who want the comforts of a hotel, but also want to cook and have the convenience of a private mini kitchenette as well as a larger shared kitchen to do heavier cooking or baking. Each apartment comes with a small hot plate. Walls
are thin and it's an old building... so this is not a good fit for you if you a light sleeper, or if you want to play loud music or party. Best for people using our space as a "jumping off point" to explore LA to work/play.

Self check-in makes this process safe for social distancing! We change and clean our air filters routinely for maximum hygiene in public and private areas. If you book our parking, read the instructions, in DETAIL of how to access the alley at the back of the building.
Other things to note
We look like a hotel, but we do not have a front desk. If you're looking for a front desk with 24 hour service, we are not the right fit. Our staff is generally available to help you within regular business hours and is available for emergencies after hours.
PLEASE DON'T BOOK WITH US if you're looking for a Beverly Hills type neighborhood of palm trees and lamborghinis... that's not us! Check in between 4-7 is preferred but not required. If you check in past 5 and have any issues, you may not get an immediate response. We do have a small laundry area for luggage drop off and pick up outside of your stay, but we do not guarantee safety of your items as this is an honor system and a shared area of the hotel.
